New SBA Info!

Changes to the SBA program recently revealed the following:

A permanent increase in the 7(a) loan amount granted to any one borrower to $5 million

The SBA 7(a) and 504 fee reductions have been extended through December 31, 2010

The maximum amount of an SBA Express loan has been temporarily increased to $1 million for a 1-year period
