In the 70's the very first consultant group began helping veterinary practice buyers and sellers exchange ownership. Over the past 4 decades, a lot has changed, especially technology. One thing hasn't, veterinarians need loans, capital and insurance services.

In addition to corporate positions, each advisory board member represents a segment deemed necessary to a fair and balanced company. Insight is offered by board members with regard to company policy, complaint resolution, compliance, and future opportunities. Each volunteer board nominee serves a two year term during which time they shape the future of the company, in response to the needs of the industry.
